Case 1

Brief:

A major Fleet Finance provider secured a new joint venture with a large UK bank and needed to recruit 50+ new personnel comprising Sales and Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders, Management and Support Personnel.

Solution:

Given that the timescales were short, CBC created a dedicated team of consultants and embarked upon a high profile campaign including press, radio advertisements, internet activity and database CV searching.

Result:

An ongoing pipeline of quality candidates was created and a candidate database established to fill the vacancies that existed at the time and for future campaigns.

Case 2

Brief:

To recruit a Divisional Director to head up the Asset Finance Department of a fast expanding specialist finance company.

Solution:

As well as wanting a quality shortlist of suitable candidates, the client was keen to take the opportunity to raise the profile of the company. A campaign of specialist media advertising and database networking was undertaken.

Result:

The role was filled by a high profile asset finance leader and the finance sector in general became aware of the company’s ambitious growth plans.
