We are a leading search and selection boutique specialising in the UK and European banking and financial services sectors. CBC have a reputation for service, delivery and integrity and a client base including many national and international blue chip brands and have successfully completed assignments up to board level.
As we continue to expand our reach nationally and internationally we need to appoint a creative and dynamic individual who will take responsibility for the following:
• Co-ordinating our web based activities including the writing and monitoring of web and new media job postings and bulletins to boost brand profile and generate candidate interest.
• Monitoring job boards and specialist media publications to gather market intelligence and potential new candidate information.
• Completing market mapping research activities to build an accurate picture of the market landscape for key industries and roles in key geographic regions.
• Supporting the directors and consultants with campaign and assignment support.
• Driving the new media strategy to ensure that CBC exploit all opportunities to drive brand awareness across all business critical areas.
• Devising and delivering new marketing initiatives to maintain and build candidate and client engagement.
This is a critical role for CBC and requires a bright and responsible team player who has the drive, creativity and pace to take ownership and build this function. You must have a grasp of the web and of new media technologies as well as having an enquiring and inquisitive nature. You must also have a high degree of confidence when communicating verbally and in writing.
