All members of the CBC team have been carefully selected and have an in-depth experience and understanding of the banking and finance industries. Their practical knowledge of the areas in which they specialise allows them to truly understand and react quickly and accurately to the needs of clients and candidates alike.
Danny O’Neil – Chairman
Glasgow-born Danny is a qualified Actuary and took Britannic Asset Management from 20 to over 600 staff, becoming Chief Executive at the age of 32. Since ‘retiring’ in 2002, Danny has held a number of non-executive Board positions across the UK finance and service sectors. Danny was appointed to CBC in September 2005 to play an active part in expanding the business and to help develop the opportunities that exist across the sector.

Graeme Chisholm
A graduate in business studies, Graeme entered into banking and finance recruitment in 1987, following a career in Asset Finance and Banking with the Bank of Scotland and Forward Trust, a subsidiary of HSBC. Graeme is one of the founding members of the business and plays a key role in the on-going operation and development of CBC.
Nigel Blakey
Nigel graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance and worked in corporate banking for HSBC. Nigel has worked alongside some of the most well-known companies within the sector – providing them with a seamless service by applying the depth of knowledge that Nigel has of the industry.
Miles Clarke
Miles began his working career in banking with the Bank of Scotland before joining Graeme in banking and finance recruitment during the late 1980s. Miles has used his experience and expertise gained through working with one of the world’s most prestigious banking organisations – and applied this to both clients and candidates alike.
Consultants
Jayne Tilley - Associate Director
Joined the CBC team in 1998 following a successful career with Bank of Scotland / Capital Bank in asset finance and leasing sales.
Mark Lyons - Associate Director
Mark has worked at CBC since 2001 having previously worked in sales for Capital Bank and Experian.
Malcolm Topping - Associate Director
Joined the CBC team in 2007 after more than 30 highly successful years in sales and sales leadership with HSBC Vehicle Finance
Colin Wrigley - Associate Director
Colin has joined the CBC Team to head up their London office having previously worked for The Bank of Scotland and held several executive positions leading national business for nearly 20 years. He also worked for Lloyds TSB and recently Experian where he was Sales Director for the Retail Banking Team in the UK.
Kate Newton - Senior Consultant
Joined CBC in 1998 having previously worked in motor finance sales for Capital Bank / Bank of Scotland
Anita Bundred - Senior Consultant
After a successful career with Renault Financial Services, Anita was recruited into the CBC team in 2001.
Lisa Bluck - Senior Consultant
Has worked for CBC since 2000, previously working for American Express and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Susan Woodnett - Office Manager / PA to the Managing Director
A founder member of the CBC team, Sue has been in banking and finance recruitment since 1990 having previously worked for TSB Bank Plc.
Lucy Davies - Executive Assistant
Joined CBC in 2005, previously working for Brook Street and Royal London.
Hannah Everill - Recruitment Consultant
Joined the CBC team in 2007 to focus on expanding our candidate sourcing facility and web-based presence having previously worked in sales and customer service.
