What personal information do we collect when you visit our Website and why?If you are just visiting our website and not engaging with us as a supplier, potential employee, candidate or client then we will generally collect two categories of data about you:
 Information you give us voluntarilyWe collect personal information that you give us voluntarily through our website, face to face, over the telephone or by email. This will usually be the contents of your CV, your business contact details or other personal information you give us in order for us to deliver the Services. This information might include:Your name and job title or professionThe name of the business you work for;Your contact information e.g. your email address and a telephone number;Your full home and/or business address;Social media details such as your linked in profile;Any other personal information that you give to us.The above list is just an example of the information we might need but any personal information you give to us will be dealt with as set out in this Privacy Notice.  If you are uncertain about why we are asking for something, then please ask and we will explain.
 Information that we collect automaticallyWhenever you visit our website information about your device, location, IP address and browser may all be collected by us.  Depending on the device you are using and how it is set up we may collect information such as:·         IP address;·         Device type (OS, model and manufacturer);·         unique device identification number;·         Your browser;·         Where you are located (e.g. country or city-level location);·         other technical information supplied by your ISP or device.We may also collect information about the pages you visited on our website and how long you spent there as well as which and which links you clicked on. What personal information do we collect when you use our Services and why?We are a recruitment business, so we are providing the Services and we need information to find and place candidates as well as being able to interact with clients who engage us to look for candidates.When engaged to perform these Services we will collect most of your personal information directly from you voluntarily, but we may also collect information from other sources.For example, information we collect might include:    Your name and job title or professionThe name of the business you work for;Your contact information e.g. your email address and a telephone number;Bank account or other financial information relating to how you make payments;Identification documents and information (e.g passport, utility bills), we need to satisfy anti money laundering and Know Your Client rules;Academic records and qualifications;Special categories of personal information about you or a person connected with your business including: physical or mental health; criminal convictions or alleged criminal activity or other sensitive information that is necessary for us to perform the Services (E.g. criminal records checks or information on a person’s disability)Feedback on candidates who have been interviewed buy our clients or otherwise interacted with clients.Any other personal information relating to:you or another person connected with the business for which we are searching for candidates;a person whose details have been provided by a candidate, E.g. to provide a reference or background on that candidate.
What we do with this Information?We use this information to deliver the Services. If you are seeking to engage us we will use the information we collect to verify your identity and the business you are connected with for: anti money laundering; conflict of interest checks; client set up; invoicing; marketing; and other general administration and legal requirements.If you are a candidate, we will  the information we collect to: verify your identity; right to work in a country; to match your skills, experience and education with a specific role; anti money laundering; conflict of interest checks; invoicing; marketing; and other general administration and legal requirements.If you are a Candidate, we will share your personal information (including sensitive information) with our client which initially may be minimal but depending on how you progress in the recruitment process may become more detailed and comprehensive over time.
Who do we share your personal information with and when do we do that?We may share your personal information with:third party services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us.  E.g. our website operators or service providers;To any competent law enforcement body, regulator, government agency, court or other third party where we determine that disclosure is necessary. This could bethe law or regulation requires us to disclosure it;to exercise, establish or defend our legal rightsas a matter of applicable law or regulation;to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;To a client who has engaged us to find a candidate whether this leads to your application being progressed or not; andTo a person or organisation, you have explicitly consented for us to disclose to your information to.We may share your personal information with other third parties if it is reasonably to do so to perform the Services.  E.g. What is the Legal basis for us to process personal information?We must have a legal basis to collect and process personal information. Do keep my personal information secure and do you send it overseas?We use appropriate technical, physical and organisational measure to protect your personal information and we only send information outside of the European Economic Area in limited circumstances such as where we are placing a candidate in a role outside the United Kingdom.International data transfersOur website and email servers are located in the United Kingdom but some of our clients are located overseas.  This means your personal information it may be processed in countries that may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of the United Kingdom.If we send your personal information overseas (for example if we send a CV to a client located outside the United Kingdom) we will have taken appropriate action to protect your personal information beforehand. We will always process our information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
How long do we keep your data?We will keep personal information for as long as we have a legitimate business interest to do so. This could be indefinitely if we continue to have a business relationship with you over the long term.If we cease to have a legitimate business interest to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it.  If this is not possible (E.g. Terms & Conditions. Terms of Business. This page tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.cbcrs.co.uk (“our site”). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT CBC

1.1 www.cbcrs.co.uk is a site operated by CBC Resourcing Solutions (“We”). We are registered in Scotland under company number 281664 and have our registered office at 145 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5JF.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer legislation from time to time in place. When you purchase goods on our site, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and product selection.
