Our client is a major Northwest based motor dealer, who are growing significantly – as part of this growth they are launching a car finance brokerage based near Chester Racecourse.

We have an exciting opportunity for an internal sales manager who will be responsible initially for managing a small team, in addition to converting warm leads from consumers looking for car finance.

As the business and the role develops, you will be responsible for building out a team, and ultimately managing and developing your people to achieve their sales objectives.

The successful candidate will have proven sales experience within a motor finance brokerage, ideally with some team leader or team management experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and convert opportunities to sales.
