Our client is an established, yet fast growing lender within the asset finance market, providing funding solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
They are expanding their broker development team, and are currently looking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated broker development manager.
As a Broker Development Manager, you will have accountability for the strategic growth of key broker & introducer relationships. Through a solid Account Management and service-driven approach, you will identify growth opportunities, maximise prospects and ensure consistent levels of outstanding service.
As part of ongoing ambitious growth plans, you will play an instrumental role in expanding the scope in the specialist intermediary market, through both new broker acquisition and ongoing relationship management.
The successful candidate will have
Asset Finance sales experience with the ability to provide solutions to complex deals, being able to work with Credit & risk to create solutions.
An understanding of broker and intermediary models
Account Management skills with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
Strong analytical skills
Presentation skills – design and impactful delivery to senior audiences
