Our client is a  long established and highly regarded name within the asset finance sector.

They are currently looking for a Collections Manager to join their team in Manchester. You will oversee arrears cases for their Personal Contract Hire business, identifying and tracking at-risk customers as early as possible and managing open cases to ensure fair solutions for repayment.

To be successful in this role you will have worked in a regulated arrears/collections environment before (retail/consumer collections).   You will operate with strict levels of confidentiality and demonstrate resilience, You will posses a questioning and deductive mind. You’ll have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
