National Broker Manager – Motor Finance

We are currently looking to recruit for a successful and growing motor finance business.  They are looking to recruit a broker manager to cover the Country. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing new motor finance business by working with an established broker network.

As a National Broker Manager you will focus on cultivating strong relationships, improving efficiencies in the sales funnel as well as robust oversight and after sales support.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a strategic thinker who can analyse data be a strong relationship manager and ideally have experience of the motor finance broker channel.
