Our client is a well-established, highly regarded niche bank with a reputation for its culture, service delivery and focussed range of lending and deposit products.

As it embarks on some ambitious plans for expansion in 2023, it is keen to appoint additional, experienced commercial bankers who can expand its market reach nationwide.

The Role:

• To establish and develop new business opportunities through key business introducers and direct with targeted, prospective customers. Typical transactions include commercial property finance and cashflow lending opportunities.
• Undertaking the financial analysis of new business proposals, preparing and presenting credit applications for sanctioning.
• Working with colleagues and senior management in the design and delivery of appropriate new products and services.

The Candidate:

• Experienced, seasoned commercial bankers with proven relationship management and business development skills.
• Well-regarded within their local business community with a well-developed network of introducers, contacts and potential customers.
• Strong financial analysis skills, organised and able to prepare and present cohesive new lending applications.
• Strong team player with good organisational skills and keen on responsible lending.
