Customer Support Officer
Solihull – hybrid
£22,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is a well established and highly successful banking group specialising in the provision of buy to let mortgages.
Due to expansion they need a Customer Support Officer to support the diary management of their Surveyors and make appointments for surveys to be carried out.
The successful Customer Support Officer will support the valuation instruction process and provide direct support to the Regional Surveyors. You will also assist other business areas with valuation queries.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure all valuations are processed within agreed SLAs
Deal with requests or enquires arising throughout the valuation process
Book valuation appointments for the regional and duty surveyors
Monitor all regional surveyor databases to ensure requests / queries are actioned within SLAs
Assist surveyors to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to and ensure corporate subscriptions are kept up-to-date
Assist other business areas to ensure audit requirements are complied with and the appropriate industry recognition achieved
