£35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus fantastic bonus and benefits

 

Our client is a very successful bank who are going through a tremendous period of growth.

 

Due to exciting plans they are looking for a Mortgage Completions Officer within their  Operations team. The Mortgage Completions Officer will provide the consistently high levels of service customers expect. The ideal candidate will have strong inter-personal skills with a can-do attitude and will be a confirmed self-starter who is committed to meeting deadlines whilst maintaining quality of decisions.

 

You will;

 

·       Provide a consistently high quality of customer service to external and internal customers

·       Handle calls and emails from Solicitors and Brokers in connection with any post offer changes to the application, liaising with Underwriting team where necessary.

·       Ensure all enquiries relating to Completions are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in accordance with service standards, policies and procedures

·       Monitor post offer pipeline to ensure expired offers are appropriately extended or withdrawn, and that expired valuations are reinstructed or the offers withdrawn.

·       Responsible for monitoring the Valuation expiry pipeline and ensuring that no funds are released if the Valuation report has reached the expiry date.

·       Ensure pre-completion documents received are correct, scanned to the system and appropriately indexed.

·       Ensure all loan offer conditions are satisfied before releasing funds, liaising with Underwriting and Compliance teams where necessary and assisting Underwriters and Processing Team with complex queries.

·       Process Certificates of Titles in a timely manner in accordance with policy and procedures, ensuring details are adequate and accurate for completion.

·       Arrange release of funds and retentions in line with policies and procedures.

·       Deal with most day to day legal queries and scenarios and where not able to deal with them be able to liaise with our Legal Representatives and will need to know the right questions to ask.

·       Operate as a team player within the New Business department and wider Company to ensure that all service standards and targets are consistently delivered.

·       Operate in accordance with all required regulatory requirements Treating customers fairly.
