A well-established and substantially funded asset finance company is keen to appoint an experienced asset finance relationship manager for its growing Agricultural Finance division.

The role:

• Managing and developing an existing base of specialist broker relationships to maximise new business potential.
• Visiting brokers and customers to galvanise the relationship and assisting them in structuring applications prior to underwriting.
• Representing the company at agricultural shows and events to help raise the profile of the company.
• Supporting the Head of Agriculture and working within the small close-knit team.

The candidate:

• We are keen to attract interest from experienced asset finance professionals who have internal or external sales experience and are keen to move to a more dynamic business.
• Experience of the ‘hard’ asset finance industry is an advantage and experience in managing broker relationships would be a bonus. This experience could be in general asset finance and not necessarily the agricultural sector.
• It may also suit someone in banking or equipment saleswho has an affinity to the agricultural community.
• Attitude and team fit are really important.
