Our client is a very well established and award winning business finance specialist.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will have business administration experience, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering fantastic customer service. In return you will receive training in the Asset Finance industry.
Working within the New Business team you will be responsible for;
· Preparing agreements for credit assessment.
· Prioritising queries on existing transactions and new applications when received.
· To be the initial point of contact and deal appropriately with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents, and suppliers/third parties in relation to queries involving proposals
· Taking personal responsibility for the progression of new business applications into credit, identifying and solving obvious missing details.
· Direct support for other administration teams as and when required.
