We are recruiting for a well established and regarded lender within their asset finance division – who are entering an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Head of Credit to build and shape a flow underwriting function, focussing on sub £100k hard asset finance deals.

The role holder will also have responsibility for recruiting and managing a small team of credit analysts who will assess all flow requests and provide sanction for those transactions, that also satisfy, the customer needs and meets business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced asset finance credit manager, with a proven track record of making sound lending decisions within a fast paced flow credit function.  You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
