They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 4 field based Business Development Managers, within their hard asset finance sales team.

The team are responsible for developing business predominantly from the transportation, construction and manufacturing sectors, so experience gained in one or more of these industries is required.

We are looking for a proven sales manager, who can demonstrate the ability to develop, coach and motivate others to achieve sales success, with an innovative approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and strong credit/risk awareness.
