As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing new leads for our direct asset finance division. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth, with the potential to quickly transition into a Business Development Manager role. While no prior asset finance experience is required, we are looking for individuals with a strong desire and hunger to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting method.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
– Work closely with Direct Sales teams to ensure smooth handover of sales opportunities
– Achieve KPIs set by the Sales Development Manager
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
– Learn and understand our range of financial products and services
– Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Excellent people skills
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to quickly advance into a Business Development Manager role, where responsibilities will include developing and writing new business over the telephone and in person.
